There were 25 students accomplished the YCF Transitions Apprenticeship program successfully on 25th March 2017. There weren’t anyone who dismissed from the program in this term because all students expect to get a good job after they completed the program. Our students did a great job in their placements as real staff and workers and they received valuable experience from their employers. The result is many of these students were hired right after finishing the apprenticeship at the local businesses and will now stay with them and work for them full-time as a salaried employee. Several students found out good interests to pursue the education in the future and look to return to the workplace thereafter. 11 apprentices got new jobs at the other businesses immediately following their apprenticeships.
The remaining students still looking for full-time employment will begin their job searches and interviews with the support of the Employment Team following the Songkran holiday break. In addition, YCF Employment Team organized a job application training for 25 newly graduated students to guide them how to write a good application form/letter and preparing for an interview. After the training, they did a small farewell lunch to embrace all the beautiful memories.
