On September 24, 2018, the latest cohort of 17 YCF apprentices at local businesses and organizations completed their 3 months (July-September) apprenticeships with YCF partner businesses.

We are very happy and pleased to announce that these 17 students finished with their three-month apprenticeships as a capstone to their nine-month total training with YCF programs. We have celebrated their successes at their graduation ceremony and enjoy the memorable time together. The students are excited about their accomplishment and ready for the next step as full-time workers. The students have shown great progress in term of work skills and personalities. They did a great job in their placements as real staff and received valuable experience from their employers. As the results, many of these students were hired right after finishing the apprenticeship at the local businesses and work as full-time employees. Several students found out good interests to pursue further education and look to return to the workplace thereafter.

เด็กนักเรียนรุ่นนี้เริ่มเข้ามาศึกษา โปรแกรม In-school ตั้งแต่เดือน พฤศจิกายน 2560-เดือน กุมภาพันธ์ 2561 โดยมีการเปิดสอนสองสถานที่ คือ Boarding High School for Orphans and Helpless Youths (BHSOH) และ Knowledge Zone Vocational Training Center หลังจากผ่านการคัดเลือกจากโปรแกรมIn-school เด็กนักเรียนจะมีโอกาสได้ศึกษาต่อในรอบของโปรแกรมIntensive

โปรแกรม Intensiveเริ่มตั้งแต่เดือน มีนาคม 2561-เดือน มิถุนายน 2561 ณ มูลนิธิสายใยเยาวชน และหลังจากจบโปรแกรมIntensive ทางมูลนิธิสายใยเยาวชนจะส่งนักเรียนไปฝึกงานตามงานที่ตัวเองสนใจและได้เลือกไว้

โปรแกรมApprenticeshipเริ่มตั้งแต่เดือน กรกฎาคม 2561-เดือน กันยายน 2561  ปัจจุบันนักเรียนที่ผ่านโปรแกรมApprenticeship บางส่วนได้รับเลือกเข้าทำงานตามหน่วยงานต่างๆในเขตพื้นที่แม่สอดแล้ว จำนวน 12  คน บางส่วนได้รับเลือกเข้าทำงานในประเทศเมียนมา จำนวน 2 คน ส่วนที่เหลือได้กลับไปศึกษาต่อที่ประเทศเมียนมา
