On April 2, 2018 the latest cohort of 25 YCF apprentices at local businesses and organizations completed their 3 months (January-March) apprenticeships with YCF partner businesses.

We are very happy and pleased to announce that these 25 students finished with their three month apprenticeships as a capstone to their nine month total training with YCF programs. Our students did a great job in their placements as real staff and workers and they received valuable experience from their employers. The result is many of these students were hired right after finishing the apprenticeship at the local businesses and will now stay with them and work for them full-time as a salaried employee. Several students found out good interests to pursue the education in the future and look to return to the workplace thereafter
