The Picturebook Guesthouse also offers a multi-purpose room, available to hire for meetings, exhibitions, classes and more. The multi-purpose room is newely renovated with air-con and a drop in ceiling, making it an ideal place for meetings to avoid the heat.

Rental cost is 1500 baht per day and the room can seat up to 24 people.

The room measures appoximately 20ft x 24ft, includes air-con, bathroom, projector and screen, and whiteboard.

The room can be arranged for clients in one of three common layouts:

  1. Casual – includes couch in the center of the room, floor seating with cushions, carpet and mats, and one or two tables with chairs
  2. Conference – couch at the back of the room and tables arranged in a ‘C’ with chairs in
  3. Minimalist – tables, chairs, carpets and floor mats are removed (perfect for exhibitions or music events)

We offer coffee service, plating and food delivery service at an additional fee.
