Thank you to YCF Volunteer Trainer Bryan Dickson!

A big thank you from YCF and the PBG Hospitality Training Program to volunteer Customer Service Trainer Bryan Dickson.  Bryan spent last week training the current PBG Hospitality Program apprentices and several PBG staff on customer service dos and don’ts.  Bryan honed his skills working for Quantas Airlines in Australia and it was a joy having him share his expertise with our students.  The students loved his sessions and we are very grateful to him for donating his time and effort with us.  Bryan talked of the week, saying “Although it was only for five days, I truly believe that all the participants will benefit from their participation. Never have I seen such commitment from students nor a more focused desire to assimilate everything that was discussed. Truly remarkable and you and the whole team at Youth Connect, should be proud of your collective achievement in establishing and maintaining the Picturebook Guesthouse.”  Thank you Bryan for your kind words as well and we wish you all the best as you continue to engage with people from Burma back home in Australia.  Happy travels to Bryan and his lovely brother Bill.
